Elle sera agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e d&rsquo;un brouillard d&rsquo;agrumes et servie avec des gla\u00e7ons, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de Tommy. <\/p>\n<p>Moncrieffe pr\u00e9parera \u00e9galement des cocktails classiques \u00e0 la tequila revisit\u00e9s, notamment un Tequila Sunrise, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du jus d&rsquo;orange clarifi\u00e9, de l&rsquo;hibiscus et du shrub de grenade, et le Batanga, qui combine de la tequila a\u00f1ejo, du cola maison et un flotteur de Guinness, servi directement dans le style d&rsquo;un Espresso Martini.<\/p>\n<p>Inspir\u00e9e par la cuisine du Mexique, l&rsquo;offre alimentaire comprendra une s\u00e9lection de petites assiettes \u00e0 partager pour compl\u00e9ter la carte des boissons. Les plats contemporains comprendront un trio de ceviche qui sera accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un sorbet format d\u00e9gustation de cocktails cl\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p>La salle de Kingsland Road pr\u00e9sentera des touches de culture mexicaine contemporaine sur une bande sonore de soul, de funk et de hip-hop.
