Master Distillers was founded by two passionate fans of Mexico and agave spirits, with extensive experience in international business and digital development.

Recognizing the need for Mexican brands to sell in the European market, they created the all-in-one platform to establish a presence and grow sales in Europe.

Can any brand contract the services?

Our portfolio selection is very carefully chosen, and we only work with a limited amount of brands, to keep control, and not create internal competition.

We also only work with 100% agave tequilas, no mixtos.

The services above, are the base services. We can certainly discuss other markets, promotions, number of brand activation events.

Yes, we offer:

Yes, our e-commerce store handles all payment, invoicing and customer support.

Yes, our e-commerce store takes care of all legal requirements, alcohol sales licenses (including excise stamps), and legally-compliant logistics.

At least 1 month before we receive the product in our warehouse. We will be creating brand and product profiles, adding it to the system, e-commerce store, and assisting with the EU import formalities.

We pay for all the expenses, logistics, and taxes related to the sales. There’s no cost or formalities on your end.

We receive the product at the Berlin warehouse from you, with all costs (logistics from your warehouse to Berlin -Intercoms DAP-) paid by you. We perform the EU import and charge the fee (approx. €240 for 1 shipment with 1 SKU, and €80 for each additional SKU). 

For example: each shipment (1 pallet or 10 pallets, doesn’t matter) with 3 SKUs would be 240 + 80 + 80 = €400.

This cost is per shipment (1-time fee) and is not included in the monthly warehouse fees.

We receive the product at the Berlin warehouse from you, with all costs (logistics from your warehouse to Berlin -Intercoms DAP-) paid by you. We perform the EU import and charge the fee (approx. €240 for 1 pallet with 1 SKU, and €80 for each additional SKU).

The product is stored in our warehouse (you keep the ownership) and once sold, you issue an invoice with the monthly sales, and it’s paid by us within 14 days to the designated bank account number.

We work with the following currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, however, we can issue payments in MXN to Mexican bank accounts.

If you need to remove the product from our warehouse, you can do so anytime.

Yes, once we have worked with a brand for a certain time, know the selling volume, we can negotiate the purchase of your product directly.

Yes, there are 2 scenarios:

  • B2B (business customers with VAT and alcohol sales licence like bars, restaurants, stores): You will be able to invite users to the platform, and they will have discounted pricing available.
  • B2C (private customers, without a VAT number or alcohol sales licence): they will be able to purchase the product as any other customers. We can even work with you to give them a special discount!

You will have access to our WMS, where you’ll be able to see sales and stock in real-time.
