The agaves we use for our tequila, the hours of cooking, the yeast mixture, the vibrations generated by classical music during the fermentation process, the minerality of copper in the distillation process, and the care taken with the tequila prior to bottling allow us to deliver a unique tequila in every bottle. This expression is still-strenght (high proof), a connoisseur's delight.
