Kah Tequila names new US importer

Amber Beverage Group (ABG) has appointed California-based Pacific Edge Wine and Spirits as the US importer for Kah Tequila.

Luxembourg-based ABG recently brought the distribution and marketing of Kah Tequila in-house.

Pepijn Janssens, ABG chief marketing officer and managing director USA, said: “We are very pleased that Pacific Edge will be representing the Kah Tequila brand throughout the USA.

“Joel K Beth and Rich Trachtenberg have created a unique speciality beverage distribution company that is widely respected by many in the industry. They also have vast experience in building brands especially in the Tequila category.”

ABG said it hopes the move will boost its commitment to growing its portfolio of Tequila brands, which also includes Rooster Rojo.

The Kah Tequila range comprises four expressions: Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo, which are all made from 100% Blue Weber agave.
