Tequila TAU añejo behoudt de kwaliteiten van blanco tequila en wordt gerijpt in gebruikte Amerikaanse eiken vaten die alleen met tequila zijn gevuld. Uiteindelijk worden ze gerijpt in Amerikaanse en Franse eiken vaten, waardoor een complexe mix in de mond ontstaat. Tequila TAU añejos rusten 16 tot 18 maanden.
