El Tequila TAU añejo conserva las cualidades del tequila blanco y se envejece en barricas usadas de roble americano que sólo se han llenado de tequila. Finalmente, se maduran en barricas de roble americano y francés, creando una mezcla compleja en el paladar. Los añejos de Tequila TAU reposan durante un periodo de 16 a 18 meses.
