Tequila TAU añejo retains the qualities of blanco tequila and is aged in used American oak barrels that have only been filled with tequila. Eventually, they’re matured in American and French oak barrels, creating a complex blend on the palate. Tequila TAU añejos rest for a period of 16 to 18 months.
